To submit a return request:

You can submit a return request depending on the shipping carrier used for your order:

Aramex

Scan the code on your order invoice.
Fill in the required information and select a refund to your bank account.
Drop off the shipment at the nearest Aramex branch within the specified return period, with the return label attached.
