What products can be returned?

Products can be returned under the following conditions:

• Within 14 days from the date of order processing and shipment.
• Products must be in their original condition.
• Products must not have been worn, washed, or show any signs of makeup.
• They must be in their original packaging, and all tags and price labels must be intact.

Products not eligible for return or exchange:

• Free products.
• Clearance sale items (can only be exchanged, not returned).
• Accessories.
• These products cannot be exchanged or returned through physical branches.

Are there any fees for returning an order?

• There are no fees for returning an order.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How can I make a return request?

To submit a return request, please follow these steps:

1. Scan the digital code on your order invoice.
2. Fill in the required information and select bank transfer for the refund.
3. Head to the nearest Aramex branch to hand over the shipment with the waybill.

How long will it take to refund the amount?

After receiving the product and ensuring all conditions for return mentioned above are met, you will be notified. If your request is approved, the amount will be deposited into your account within 7-20 business days.
